COVID-19 in Denmark: Viegand Maagøe continues the work

projektingeniør industri

As you all know, we are working to create green transition in Denmark and internationally. However, we will do this while acting according to the Danish Government’s recommendation regarding Covid-19. Hence, we will primarily work from home for the next 14 days. Our advisers, both in Copenhagen and in Aarhus, have the required equipment to solve tasks, independently of location.

They are all available by mail, Skype, and telephone to the extent required by the tasks and the customers.

We want to make sure that the wheels keep turning for the next 14 days – of course while following the Danish Government’s recommendations.

How to get in touch

If you have any questions or want to know more about how we can create green transition for you, please get in touch with our CEO Søren Eriksen by tel. 20 20 24 54 – or your daily contact person at Viegand Maagøe.

The best wishes for everyone to get well through the next few weeks.

The Danish Council on Climate Change and Viegand Maagoe show the way to 70 % reduction

klimaråd rapport viegand maagøe

A new report from the Danish Council on Climate Change shows how to achieve a CO2 reduction of 70 % in 2030. The report was created with help from Viegand Maagøe, who have analyzed the possibility of a fossil-free business sector.

Monday the 10th March, the report from the Danish Council on Climate Change was published: ”Kendte veje og nye spor til 70 procents reduktion”. The report holds climate action recommendations for the next 10 years in Denmark. Viegand Maagøe contributed to the report by calculating the possibilities for transitioning the Danish business sector to green energy.

The report concludes that the industry-, trade-, and service sector can be close to fossil-free by 2030. This will provide the society with a huge socio-economic profit and most investments can be made with short to medium payback time.
