Vision Denmark and Producentforeningen wished to create a more sustainable film and TV production in Denmark. Viegand Maagøe has helped getting the transition in motion in multiples ways:
- Mapping
Made an overview of processes and activities that carry carbon emissions e.g., energy consumption for storage and management of data during the editing process. Film and TV are different compared to traditional industrial and productional processes but you still need to know your starting point to measure optimizations. - Cases
Calculated carbon emissions for 3 cases in a Danish context: feature film, live shows and TV production. - Analysis
