Astrid is involved when tools and models need to be built in Excel. When she’s not working with data, she spends a lot of time in northwestern Jutland, helping renovate an old summer house in Thy.

Frederik works to optimize the user journey in tools like ESG Navigator. Besides that, he enjoys spending time with his small family, including his two young children, doing crossfit, and indulging in a bit of general nerdiness.

Simone works with legislation, strategy, and assists companies with double materiality analyses and compliance efforts related to CSRD. She is from West Jutland and has lived in Madrid and Lisbon, but her base is now in Copenhagen, where she enjoys spending her free time with friends, often over good food or a glass of wine.

Sarah contributes to energy optimization and energy mapping for industrial clients. When she's not doing that, she sings in an a cappella choir, takes long walks, and enjoys Copenhagen with family and friends.

Anna is professionally passionate about branding, design, and art direction, and she has a special fondness for languages. In her free time, she enjoys eating good food, having beers with friends, and playing with her little daughter.

Clara Sofie is an expert in life cycle assessments, carbon accounting, green public procurement, and scenario analyses. When she's not working on sustainability, she spends her time climbing, dancing, running, and hanging out with friends in the collective where she lives.

Caroline is an advisor with a special focus on ESG. She is deeply involved in our in-house developed tool, ESG Navigator, which she helps to develop and promote to the benefit of as many companies as possible. When she's not focused on ESG, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and their French Bulldog, Agnes, as well as practicing yoga and meditation.

Nanna specializes in strategic and financial consulting for the green transition, and she is adept at processing data and communicating the results. She utilizes these skills when delving into climate accounts and ESG reporting. In her spare time, she can be found running, with a kite around the waist, or along the coast in her eternal pursuit of a beautiful sea trout.

Frederik is an environmental engineer with a focus on environmental management, life cycle assessments, and sustainable products. He works with EPDs, Excel calculators, and various EU projects. In his spare time, he plays chess and races go-karts.

Helle works with HR and has a keen eye for creating the best possible framework for her colleagues. She also contributes to solving legal tasks and issues. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors – preferably with her dogs, children, and friends.

Gro Liva is involved in developing our ESG initiatives across the board. In private, she spends her time gardening, angling, enjoying music, theatre, and fine wine – preferably in the company of either her two daughters, her partner, or good friends.

Wilhelm is part of our team in Spain, and he is a full-stack developer, meaning he can handle both front-end and back-end development. When not looking at a screen, he likes to hit the gym, hone his cooking skills, and ride his motorbike.

Morten is passionate about data analysis and Excel, adept at extracting insights from vast datasets. He has researched Dwarf Birch in West Greenland (ask him) and is also an enthusiastic photographer and outdoor aficionado.

Jakob works primarily with advocacy, strategy and management. He has a strong methodological and analytical background, where he has worked with everything from stakeholder analyzes and satisfaction analyzes to budget analyzes and process mapping. In his spare time, Jakob is a keen amateur musician with a fondness for jazz and funk.

Albert specializes in modeling and simulating heat pumps, thermal processes, and heat transfer. When he's not geeking out stuff like that at work, he spends his time hiking and doing improv theater.

Katja is the receptionist and facility assistant. In other words, she makes sure that every day life in the office runs smoothly for her colleagues. Favourite spare time activities is time spent with her two girls and the dog Pippi outside, or being creative at home.

Morten advises on green transition and financing with a particular focus on CSRD, ESRS, and CSDDD - EU acronyms for reporting, standards, and management of supply chains within the sustainability domain. When not working, he enjoys his family, cycling, paddle tennis, and English football.

Jorge is a digital senior advisor who develops new projects and client solutions - always with a focus on integrating the green transition. In his spare time in Spain, he indulges in tech news, reads fantasy literature, and suffers with the local football club Celta de Vigo.

Luzie Rück is a project manager and has a special focus on sustainability in the construction industry. When not working, Luzie enjoys astanga yoga, sauna trips and sharing delicious meals with her friends.

Camilla has a sharp focus on climate and ESG strategies. An area, where she can put her knowledge about psychology and motivation in management. When not working, she enjoys to read, write and run - not necessarily in that particular order.

Rasmus helps with UX design, concept development, prototyping, and workshops. He is passionate about human interaction and behaviour relating to technology. He plays soccer in his spare time, and enjoys hiking in nature.

Renata has many years of experience working with sustainability in the building sector. She works with LCA analysis of materials and construction, as well as sustainable strategies. In her free time, she likes to cook delicious meals and bake cakes. She also regularly trains boxing.

Attila is particularly adept at energy mapping, energy optimization, and thermodynamics. When he's not geeking out on those subjects, he enjoys water sports, boxing, and spending time with his friends.

Felice is an environmental scientist with several years of experience in the European Commission, working on sustainable product policies. He works with Ecodesign, GHG certification, biofuels, and much more. He loves mountain biking in nature, bird watching, and playing folk music.

Mette is responsible for our finance and administration, with a special focus on improveming and developing internal procedures. She loves spending time in her summer cabin with friends and family, doing fitness, and tending to her garden.

Ida is an adviser in our digital department, where she works with website updates, campaign templates, and general content management. She loves reading and watching TV shows, and often takes her dog on long walks.

Konrad facilitates design- and innovation processes on our digital projects, to truly engage our end users. His kryptonite is chocolate ice cream, so he tries to keep fit with rockwall climbing, martial arts, tennis, and much more.

Esben is a Bachelor of Global Business Engineering, and excels at project management and corporate communication. He is part of our industrial team, and help execute projects on energy optimization. Esben spends his free time in nature with his wife and two children, where they hunt, fish, and build tree forts.

Nikolaj works as a project manager and helps companies with their ESG strategies. He spends his time off with his partner Charlotte and their daughter Asta. Moreover, he enjoys boardgames and sports, and currently his favourite activity is playing seven-a-side football.

Sneaster develops our digital products. She is passionate about designing intuitive systems, that improves the user experience. She spends her spare time enjoying nature, taking boxing classes, or finishing one of her many creative endeavours.

Shane has several years of experience working on sustainable product policies such as the EU Ecolabel, EU green public procurement, Level(s), ecodesign and energy labelling. Shane spends his spare time with his good wife and dog, he enjoys reading Catholic literature and dreaming about how to fix the world's problems. His biggest weakness is chocolate.

Kurt works with thermal processes in the industry - high temperature heat pumps and heating storage, in addition to working with machine learning. He enjoys traveling with his family.

Kristian specializes in development and execution of digital campaigns, events, and stakeholder engagement initiatives aimed at optimizing resource efficiency and sustainability. Kristian lives with his family in a suburb to Copenhagen and football is among his greatest interests.

Nicklas works with energy optimization and he is specialized in numerical models, thermodynamics, and energy optimization. In Nicklas' spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family. In addition, he teaches karate and takes care of his house in Roskilde.

Mette works with Ecodesign and energy labelling tasks in the EU. In addition, Mette helps with energy optimization and analysis for our industrial clients. Mette is very fond of being active which is why she almost daily exercises CrossFit. Moreover, Mette is a sports diver.

Kristian works with climate accounts and reduction potentials, as well as with developing calculation tools and data management. In his spare time, Kristian enjoys climbing, practicing fitness, and above all, running in hilly terrain.

Jan advises on the energy efficiency of products with special focus on IT and electronics. Furthermore, Jan works across a wide range of energy related subjects and IT tools. Spain is Jan’s second homeland and he loves to read books on his Kindle.

Andreas composes strategies within energy and sustainability. Moreover, Andreas deals with energy savings in buildings – both in the public authorities and in the private sector. Andreas lives in Aarhus where he enjoys a good run or bicycle ride, when he has the day off.

Annette knows everything there is to know about energy efficient products. She provides expert assistance to energy authorities in both Denmark and Norway. Annette recharges her batteries by working in her garden, going on long walks, and reading good books.

Peter advises on energy conservation, climate questions, and utility systems. He helps companies with action plans, energy management, and energy audits. In his leisure time, Peter concentrates on his family and the ongoing renovation of his house.

Peter puts his many years of industrial experience to good use when advising companies about energy consumption, utility systems, and renewable energy. Peter enjoys family life both at home and when exploring Latin countries.

Bjørn helps our customers with energy mapping, waste heat, and management systems. When Bjørn is not at the office, you will either find him kitesurfing, hunting in the woods, or on one of Aarhus’ many paths biking or jogging.

Bjarne specializes in strategy, cost-benefit analysis, business case calculations, and modelling of energy systems. Bjarne enjoys using his spare in Ballerup where he lives with his wife and daughter.

Andreas works with mapping, measuring, data processing, and optimization of energy flows. He is also involved in feasibility studies of large heat pumps that produce district heating. In his spare time, Andreas often goes hunting or fishing – and he likes to brew beer.

Fridolin advises on energy in the industrial sector. His experience covers everything from energy screening and cost-benefit analyses to water and energy optimizing. Fridolin spends most of his spare time looking after his big family of four children.
