Customised to your specific needs and wishes, we provide courses and workshops within the following areas:

  • Sustainable development and transformation

    We will examine key terms, tendencies, and possible catalysts of the sustainable transformation on both a global and a local scale. We will dissect sustainability into the categories environment, social and governance known as ESG. Lastly, we will explore UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and Targets.

  • Management and strategy

    We will introduce methods and frameworks for creating a viable sustainability strategy. Taking your specific business structure into consideration, we will assess environmental, social, and governmental parameters relevant for your sustainability journey.

  • Climate strategy

    In-depth calculations and proper documentation are prerequisites for creating a strong sustainability strategy. Thus, we will examine different tools for emissions reporting such as the GHG Protocol, Scopes 1, 2, and 3 as well as the Science Based Targets initiative.

  • Circular economy

    We will explore the concept of circular economy and how it can create new opportunities and business models. You will be introduced to relevant certificates and labels as well as methods and tools such as Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and circular product design.

  • Communication

    Being trustworthy, transparent, and truthful is integral when communicating about sustainability. Thus, we will focus on implementing data and insights in communication using Viegand Maagøes DIVE-model. You will learn about relevant legislation for environment and climate marketing as well as how to deal with dilemmas and opportunities when communicating.

  • Reporting

    Sustainability reporting, or ESG-reporting (Environment, Social and Governance), can be published as part of the annual report or as an independent report coinciding with the annual report. We will introduce you to relevant EU-legislation, such as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive and the EU taxonomy for sustainable activities, as well as other frameworks and tools for ESG-reporting.

  • Employee involvement and organisational behaviour

    The implementation of a sustainability strategy in an organisation is crucial to create change which supports sustainable development. Implementation should focus on communicating new knowledge and encouraging behavioural changes. Thus, we will focus on employee involvement and the importance of translating the strategy into effective communication and management which will create engagement, behaviour change and a new level of knowledge.
