Previously, the now-subsidiary was known as first Kampsax International and then COWI Belgium and has been present in Brussels since 1997. Since October 2000, it has been legally registered as a limited Belgian company to manage and operate framework contracts with the European Commission.
The long-standing experience in framework contract management is well recognized across a large range of clients all over the world with a track record of 30+ ongoing and completed large framework contracts in multiple sectors.
Since 2000, we have implemented and managed more than 1.500 projects and short-term assignments. Our current expertise relates to impact assessment and evaluation of EU policies in the areas of climate, energy, environment, transport and regional development, feasibility studies, technical assistance, event organisation and framework contract management.
We are able to mobilize a wide range of competencies at very short notice, for providing technical support at any stage of the project management cycle. Whether they are generic, sectoral or thematic, we have the capability to answer to all framework contracts’ assignments within the agreed modalities.
